D90 III SABRE V1.13 firmware update

This firmware is only for D90 III SABRE and is NOT applicable to any other models. If this firmware is flashed to other models, it will immediately cause the product to be unusable and unable to repair by yourself. If the firmware of your DX9 is already V1.13, then your D90 III SABRE needn't this update.

Fix: Fixed the issue of noise occurring when Sound Simulation is enabled in DSD mode.
